You can get the crossgrade for $99 on sale right now and to be eligible, you just need to register one of the Free Kontakt Player libraries.
There are quite a few that will give you eligibility and this used used to be one of them so worth a try:

Thanks for the heads-up, I actually didn't realise I was eligible for the crossgrade offer already… it was a bit hidden.
